About the Role 💙
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of nurturing strong and lasting relationships with our valued customers. Your focus will be on understanding their unique business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes, and then collaborating with them to develop effective strategies that leverage Leadoo for maximum impact.
Main Responsibilities 💙
- Plan, guide, and collaborate with customers to achieve their business goals through the effective utilization of Leadoo’s Platform Features.
- Challenge and inspire customers to embrace transformative changes in their conversion strategies, driving tangible results for their organisations.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continuous growth with our solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage contractual inquiries and renewals, ensuring smooth transitions and excellent customer experiences.
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth by showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with our Tech team to ensure seamless technical performance of customers’ solutions, and with Sales to execute upselling strategies effectively.
Who You Are 💙
- You possess 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role within SaaS/MarTech, an in-house marketing position, or an agency specializing in the field.
- Deep understanding of marketing concepts and practices, allowing you to provide strategic guidance to C-level executives.
- Your customer-centric mindset drives you to constantly seek to understand customer objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- An analytical mindset empowers you to interpret data, metrics, and performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, handling challenges with composure and adaptability.
- Tech-savvy and passionate about leveraging technology to drive customer success.
- You have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for opportunities and enjoy running upsell processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English..
