Now, we are offering you an exciting position where you can really make a difference to Leadoos growth by ensuring that our key clients both in Finland and abroad get value from the platform and services provided.



As a Customer Success Manager your main role is to create value for your customers, ensure a great customer experience, drive retention and growth of your own client pool by nurturing those relationships over time. You will be the first point of contact for the clients, anticipating their needs, optimizing their websites’ conversion performance, addressing and resolving their issues and ultimately making sure that we are fulfilling the clients goals with the Leadoo platform. Your days consist of online meetings with the clients, analyzing their results and delivering suggestions of ways to improve conversions as well as carrying out those suggestions. In the role you will also be expected to identify new business opportunities and bring in new business from the clients. Upon contract renewal you are expected to handle contract negotiations. To be successful in these tasks you should have excellent organisation, customer service and communication skills.

In detail your top priorities as a Leadoo’s Customer Success Manager would be:

  • Building trusting relationships between your clients and Leadoo

  • Creating measurable value to your customers

  • Taking responsibility for success planning to improve customers results with the Leadoo platform

  • Making sure all deadlines are being met

  • Resolving clients user issues and complaints

  • Taking responsibility for contract renewal and upselling

  • And last but not least: being ready to roll up your sleeves, work hard and most importantly have fun with us who are all passionate about our clients success!




We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:

  • You are self-driven

  • Tech-savvy

  • Adaptable and willing to adjust to new challenges. 

  • You have some prior experience from customer success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English

  • Whilst managing several accounts you know how to spot the highest-impact work and focus on it

  • Experience in Saas and/or Martech is an advantage

  • The customer 1st mindset is in your DNA and you would describe yourself as passionate about making your clients succeed
