We are about to further strengthen our position and grow our operations in Finland which is why we need someone motivated and committed to taking over the Customer Success Team Leadership. For our growth this is a strategic and impactful role as Finland makes up Leadoo MT’s biggest and most important market, covering more than 60% of our clientele. At the start of 2021 and in just two weeks Leadoo landed funding of €5 million enabling us to continue on our growth journey within and outside of Finland.



As Customer Success Team Lead, FIN you will drive key business outcomes and KPI’s by leading an absolutely exceptional team of seven customer success managers to increase retention and expand account revenue through upsell. In addition to managing this strategic territory you will gain a truly fascinating opportunity to work on global internal projects with the objective of implementing best practises from our headquarters to more recently captured markets. The Customer Success Team Lead role is a hybrid role that requires the chosen team lead to be able to multi-task between management, execution, technical questions, and strategic planning of activities that focus on empowering the CS team and Leadoo MT to work in their best performance.

On top of being the one who leads and develops a team of seven customer success managers and represents the team in cross-functional meetings, you get to work directly with a handful of our largest and most strategic customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Therefore you can be sure that your areas of responsibility award you with an impactful role when it comes to supporting our customers and growth both in the short and long term. 

Working closely with you you will have your local Onboarding and Conversion Specialist Team Lead, Finland’s Country Lead and our global VP of Customer Success and the team. We win together, we learn together and we make sure everyone feels like being part of something bigger!

In detail how you will make an impact is by: 

  • Leading and training a team of 7 Customer Success Managers, providing support in all aspects of their role 
  • Retaining and growing the revenue of your individual and team portfolio 
  • Ensuring the execution of our customer journey activities
  • Proactively communicating to product team and customer success leadership on customer insights 
  • Creating a motivating team culture and participating in team development
  • Last but definitely not least: be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty as we are not looking for someone who sits behind the desk!

Test if you would be suitable for the job 👇


  • 2+ years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or KAM 
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead is considered an advantage
  • Finnish and English proficiency is mandatory 
  • Strong self-management, organization and prioritization skills to balance time across clients and team lead work are critical to be successful in the role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer oriented attitude 
  • Experience from digital marketing is preferred and considered to be an advantage
