This is an exciting time to join our international team! This is an extremely crucial role, as you will be responsible for supporting and enabling our outbounds ales team to ensure they’re able to achieve their maximum output, and to be as productive as possible with their outbound targeting. You’ll be the key step in allowing our sales team to focus on what they truly need to: efficient outreach. This position is the first link in our internal sales chain.



Leadoo Marketing Technologies has built a conversion platform to help it’s clients convert more online sales and/or leads from their existing website traffic. Our technology is already being used by over 700 companies worldwide from global household names to local SMBs. We are currently in the process of growing our UK sales team, and we need genuine, tenacious, and driven people who want to build a career with us.

You will have proper onboarding, training, and everything you need from the Data Operations manager to be a successful team member with opportunities to learn new skills daily and grow within the company.


This position will work in conjunction with the data operations and SDR team, reporting to the data operations manager. You will conduct detailed research and analysis of potential target companies, current and projected market trends, and will have a thorough understanding of each target market.

You will learn how to perform extensive and efficient lead mapping for the outbound SDR team, hitting your daily data targets to ensure the team is supplied with a sufficient amount of target prospects each week.

You will also develop a full and solid understanding of our product, and use that knowledge to better determine relevant and market specific use cases in order to ensure the SDR team is connected with the correct target prospects. Weekly tasks will also include general CRM maintenance.
These duties will generally encompass the following responsibilities:
  • Researching companies thoroughly based on our target market/industry, especially focusing on the Finnish speaking market
  • Mapping the most relevant target personas for each company
  • Prioritizing target companies based on current sales goals
  • Current revenue projections
  • Conducting marketing research
  • Mailing address for any direct marketing campaigns
  • Organizing all data within specific spreadsheets according to industry and market, and uploading to our CRM
  • Ensuring all formatting is correct
  • Internal CRM analysis to ensure data is clean, organized, and up to date


We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:

  • Full legal resident of Spain with working rights, i.e. you have a valid working visa
  • You have an extremely keen eye for detail and are a highly analytical person
  • Native English speaker or have attained C1 level proficiency
  • Finnish is not a problem for you
  • Experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Pipedrive (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
  • A background in data analytics and/or research oriented environments
  • Capable of high daily data output and a willingness to constantly hit daily targets and improve
  • Can handle analyzing and compiling large quantities of data in short periods of time, and finds market research and data analysis genuinely exciting and interesting
  • Flexible when it comes to daily tasks and duties and is able to manage short term needs and changes within the work environment
  • An efficient multitasker
