Leadoo Marketing Technologies has built a conversion platform to help it’s clients convert more online sales and/or leads from their existing website traffic. Our technology is already being used by over 700 companies worldwide from global well known brands to local SMBs. Now, we are offering you an exciting position where you can really make a difference to Leadoos growth by ensuring that our key clients both in Finland and abroad are satisfied with the platform and services provided. This position requires proficiency in both Finnish and English.


As a Key Account Manager your main role is to retain top customers on a global level and nurture those key relationships over time. You will be the first point of contact for the clients, anticipating their needs, addressing and resolving their issues and ultimately making sure that we are fulfilling the clients long-term goals. In the role you will also be expected to identify new business opportunities and bring in new business from the key clients. Upon contract renewal you are expected to handle contract negotiations. To be successful in these tasks you should have a good understanding both from sales and marketing! 

In detail your top priorities as Leadoo’s Key Account Manager would be:

  • Building trusting relationships between key clients and Leadoo 

  • Taking responsibility for success planning to improve key customers results with Leadoos platform 

  • Making sure all deadlines are being met 

  • Developing an understanding of key accounts needs and taking part in building a scalable key account management process 

  • Resolving key clients’ challenges

  • Taking responsibility for contract renewal together with sales 

  • And last but not least: being ready to roll up your sleeves, work hard and most importantly have fun with us who are all passionate about our clients success!

We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:

  • You have +1 years of prior experience from customer success 

  • Whilst managing several accounts you know how to spot the highest-impact work and focus on it 

  • You do not fear a challenge and are no stranger to fast paced work

  • Past experience in Saas and/or Martech is seen as an advantage

  • The customer 1st mindset is in your DNA and you would describe yourself as passionate about making your clients succeed
