We are looking for someone motivated and committed to join our team as an Onboarding Manager. The job is to make sure our clients are getting the best experience when starting with Leadoo. Working as a part of the Customer Success team is an important role that lays the foundation for high customer retention and most importantly satisfaction.
ABOUT THE ROLE 💙
Your day-to-day as an Onboarding Manager consists of taking care of creating interactive content, setting up the Leadoo platform, and training the end-users to use the platform. When talking about content we mean interactive content – one you see in chatbots of all types. You’ll be handcrafting these dialogues to help our customers hit their targets.
All about our onboarding process from start to end can be found here where one of Leadoo’s Onboarding managers Helen describes how it is like with our clients. You will be working closely and collaborating together with the rest of the Customer Success team in Sweden.
ABOUT YOU 💙
You are a team player from top to toe. You get excited about learning about new industries, you light up when you get to innovate the content, and results matter to you.
You may have worked previously in onboarding new customers, content production and/or marketing, and you may even have studied the subject.
Anyway, even more important than prior experience and education, is your strong professional self-esteem and ability to bedazzle everyone with your written and spoken Swedish skills!
