Leadoo Marketing Technologies has built a conversion platform to help its clients convert more online sales and/or leads from their existing website traffic. Our technology is already being used by over 800 companies worldwide from global household names to local SMBs. Now, we are offering you an exciting position where you can really make a difference and show the world how good you are.

We are about to launch our first no-touch inbound products and need YOU to take over.


As a Product Marketing Lead your main responsibility is to lead our inbound project that aims to launch two no-touch self-service online products. You will be very hands on both in leading the project but also executing all the marketing activities around it. So we need someone who can both lead the projects but also execute the performance marketing activities to meet our growth targets. So we’re looking for an unicorn, but that’s the startup style, aight? 🦄

You will be part of our marketing department but would also work closely together with product development, sales and customer success. Our marketing team consists of strategic marketeers, content professionals (written, visual, video…), UX pros and designers so you will be well supported to reach your targets.

We work remotely so this position could be based anywhere but preferably in the European timezone.

In more detail you will focus on the following:

  • Drive our inbound project with a results-minded approach
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor and constantly optimize our performance marketing activities in online advertising channels such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and display advertising. So overall and hands on responsibility on all performance marketing activities
  • Work closely with different departments to make sure we hit our inbound growth targets
  • Be a key player in growing our business through inbound products
  • Last but definitely not least: be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty as we are not looking for someone who sits behind the desk!


We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:

  • 5+ of experience in marketing
  • You know how to build and scale inbound marketing around no-touch online products
  • You have solid experience in running performance marketing in different online ad channels
  • Fluency in English is a must. You are an expert communicator and negotiator and people enjoy communicating with you.
  • A university or college degree at bachelor or master level, or comparable working experience.
  • You navigate new territories by taking ownership and driving new initiatives forward
  • You are not afraid of cross-functional cooperation
  • You don’t need an agency to do everything for you. Instead you like to produce things on your own.

Past experience from SaaS and/or MarTech products is considered an advantage. It helps you hit the ground running.
