Sales & Data Operations Person

We need help with our international sales team. We’ve got a team of hungry SDR’s and AE’s, and we need more hands on deck in building solid prospecting lists, finding contact details, managing data uploads and in short – helping our outbound team to hit their targets. 

We want this person to grow into a full on Sales Operations Lead in the next six months. That means analysing our targeting, industries, messaging, cadences etc. We have a lot of data, we just don’t know what to do with it, yet. 

🎯 A bit about us (this is the part you won’t read):

We are a 3 year old SaaS scaleup originally from Finland. Since launching, we have: expanded to 4 offices (Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Spain), 70+ team members from many different countries, raised VC funding, and over 750 customers.

Our intention is to grow our international sales teams as quickly as possible, and we need people who know what it’s like to work in a startup / scaleup environment. That means working at a crazy pace, trying new ideas, failing, and moving on fast. 

You will report to the VP of Sales, who is a boring Finnish guy. It’s up to you to decide if that’s a positive or a negative thing. 

🔥  Key priorities in this role for the next 6 months.

  1. Lead mapping for the outbound teams (company, persona, contact details, other information) 
  2. Industry research
  3. CRM & Salesloft maintenance
  4. Hiring 1-2 people to help with the manual lead mapping (potentially interns) 
  5. Start building foundations for the Sales Operations role

  • Whining SDR’s and sales reps get under your skin easily 

💰  Salary: 25 000 € / year basic. Company wide target multiplier for up to 20 % quarterly bonus.
