Security at Leadoo AIGeneral Terms & ConditionsData & GDPRWhen trying to choose the MarTech providers, it’s easy to go with something well known. Familiarity often brings feelings of safety and certainty. But it’s important to understand what different software specialise this, and what challenges they are built to solve.
So we’ve compiled a comparison between Leadoo AI, a conversion platform, and Salesforce, a marketing automation & CRM leader. This comparison aims to help you understand which platform would suit your needs, goals, and budget the best.
Salesforce is a CRM and Marketing Automation system. While it is a leader in these areas, it is not in converting onsite traffic.
Leadoo AI exists to convert traffic and leads, passing them into CRM & MA systems. On average, Leadoo AI increases customer conversion rates 41% – Salesforce cannot claim this.
If conversions and leads are your goal, Leadoo AI has several different types of specialist onsite conversion tools, including: Inpage Bots, Visual Bots, Calculators, Quizzes and AI Chatbots.
Salesforce only converts onsite visitors via forms and its basic bottom right-corner chatbot – Agentforce. This can convert high intent visitors, but is not geared towards top-of-funnel leads or passive visitors.
These are just core high-level differences though.
We’ve developed an in-depth, free downloadable cheat-sheet which overviews all differences between Leadoo AI and Salesforce, including on pricing, platform, specialisms and capabilities.
The primary aim of this guide isn’t to hard sell you, but rather to give you all the information you need to buy confidently.
