Leadoo has officially become Leadoo AI. You’ve probably noticed our name and visual changes across both our website and platform. But what do those signify? And why are we now Leadoo AI?
As the new name suggests, as a platform we have become truly AI-led.
If you have logged in recently, you will have noticed more and more agentic AI features aimed at helping you and speeding up your work.
By introducing AI-generated Bot Content, we sped up the Drafting, Rewriting and Translating of bot content to minutes rather than potentially hours.
AI Insights: Conversational Flow delivers busy marketers relevant snapshot insights into conversion journeys, bot performance, and website analytics.
While the recently introduced AI Bot Builder changes the game in terms of building our conversational tools. Let our AI create entire conversational pathways in minutes. So you can spend your time refining and optimising, rather than building from scratch.
These features are all designed to harness the power of AI to allow marketers to do more, test more, and think more. In our platform, AI is raising the floor, while marketers and our Conversion Experts are raising the ceiling.
On the frontend of websites, since introducing our AI-powered bots in 2024, we have also seen a marked shift towards users seeking out these AI conversational experiences.
Leadoo’s AI tools have helped global websites increase the quality and quantity of leads; helped businesses win industry-specific awards for UX; and helped streamline customer support operations by 30%+.
And with the recent rollout of AI-powered Product Recommendations, our chatbots can now better serve B2C audiences by instantly visualising relevant products to users from eCommerce stores.
That all explains why we’ve added AI to our name and are becoming a true AI-led Conversion & Customer Experience platform.
But what’s with the new black backgrounds and lighter blue logo?
Well, we’ve aligned our visual brand identity into the Manago AI family.
Manago AI, our parent company, recently launched a full rebrand of their platform and product. You can read more about that here – manago.ai/brand-story
Alongside Thulium AI, the three of us now make up the Manago AI family. As you can see, our visual brand identities are now aligned to make that clear.
These three Customer Lifecycle companies are now seamlessly integrated, and provide you all the Customer Data, Marketing Automation, Conversion and Support capabilities you need to turn visitors to leads to customers to advocates.
They reflect the need for modern marketers to move quicker, do more, and integrate faster.
Leadoo AI cements this future identity and purpose. AI has raised the floor.
Together with you, we will raise the ceiling on Conversions and Customer Experience.

We recently updated our pricing and packages at Leadoo AI. Here, we’re laying out what’s changed, why, and what that means for anyone thinking about becoming a Leadoo AI customer.
One key change is that our pricing is more bespoke now, so if you want an accurate quote based on your requirements, please get in touch below.
A primary motivation behind our Pricing change was making Leadoo’s AI-powered conversational tools available to all new customers. Previously, it was only included as standard in our highest tier.
As users become more and more conditioned to the widespread use of AI in their work and personal lives, websites need to be able to offer AI-driven conversational experiences. To answer their questions in a relevant and realtime way.
Since launching our AI-powered conversational tools, we have seen them dramatically improve UX; power lead gen; and cut down on required customer service time – even in highly regulated industries.
Now, Leadoo AI is available in all Leadoo packages. More on those below. But as standard, Engage now includes 250 AI chats/month; Expand includes 2500/month and Elite includes 10000/month.
But Leadoo AI is not just about serving end website users. Our AI-led Product Roadmap is incorporating agentic AI throughout the Leadoo platform.
Recent platform additions like AI Insights: Conversational Flow and AI Generated Bot Content give customers AI-driven support in the platform.
While our most recent addition – AI Bot Builder – changes the game in terms of Leadoo bot creation. Answer a few questions on your bots aims and within minutes, AI Bot Builder drafts you a full conversational tool that you can refine and push live on your site.
Like before, Leadoo can be brought in three main packages, but we have revamped what these include and who they are aimed at. Just remember the three E’s!
Our Engage package is the new entry point for Leadoo. It now includes a sample of conversion features not previously in our entry package – such as Leadoo AI and Personaliser. It is designed for SMEs who want to:
Expand is our most popular package, incorporating almost all Leadoo functionality. Including things not in Engage, such as: Calendar Integrations, Advanced Logic Tools, Source Insights, Visitor Tracking and others. If your business has the following needs, Expand is probably for you:
Elite is generally for large or complex organisations, who need to deliver both a higher quantity and quality of leads across a multi-layered stack or team structure. This often involves integrating across multiple departments or MarTech tools. Elite might be for you if you need:
The recent AI-driven customer features like AI Bot Builder mentioned above, form our new AI Self Service Kit.
This makes self-service in our platform easier, and lets customers draft and review Leadoo bot content far quicker. However, as for all existing customers, our Conversion Experts form a core part of the Leadoo experience.
Every Leadoo customer – regardless of package – is assigned an Onboarding manager who’s job it is to set them up on the platform, integrate with their MarTech stack, and get initial conversion tools live.
In our new packages, that time spent consulting is capped per package – after Onboarding is complete.
Previously, we had priced the service element of our packages around set numbers of optimisation sessions with Account Managers. However, customer feedback showed us that not all customers need these in a set way.
Some customers prefer their Conversion Experts to build new bots, optimise existing ones, or focus on strategy setting in the background – rather than attend set meetings.
So with our new packages, we are giving customers complete control over how their Conversion Expert hours are used.
If you want your Account Manager to attend regular meetings, they can. If you’d prefer a Technical Account Manager to spend more time on building new bots, just say the word! If you loved your Onboarding Manager, and want their input on future bot ideas, you can use them for that! Your Conversion Expert time and priorities are now shaped by you.
As standard now, Engage includes 8 hours/year of Conversion Expert consulting time after Onboarding, Expand includes 16/year and Elite includes 30/year. However, if you need more support, batches of hours can be purchased with our Experts to help you get the most out of the Leadoo.
As mentioned, with the new Pricing and Packages, we are providing bespoke quotes at this stage. So if anything here has sparked your interest, please get in touch and we will let you know how much Leadoo now costs for your requirements!

February 18th, 2026 – Helsinki

Leadoo has entered 2026 with renewed momentum, announcing a new Senior Leadership Team (SLT) designed to accelerate customer growth, deepen engagement, and drive innovation across its AI-powered conversion platform.
With new leadership now in place, the business is doubling down on its mission to help organisations turn passive website visitors into active leads and customers through personalised, data-driven experiences.
Brett James steps into the role of Leadoo General Manager at a pivotal time for the business.
Following Leadoo’s acquisition by SALESmanago, and Phil Draper’s appointment as CEO of SALESmanago, Leadoo enters 2026 with a new growth plan as an individual business unit within the SALESmanago group.

Brett will lead overall strategy and operations, with a strong focus on aligning teams around customer outcomes and sustainable growth. His leadership will be instrumental as Leadoo continues to expand its platform capabilities and global footprint, having previously served as VP of Global Sales.
Of his new role and leadership team, Brett said: “As I approach four years at Leadoo, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and even more excited about what’s ahead. Our customers have always been at the centre of our decisions, and that won’t change.”
“With new AI-driven capabilities and continued investment in our platform, we’re focused on helping our customers achieve even greater results. I want to personally thank every customer – those who have been with us for years and those just getting started, for the trust they place in us.”
A key highlight of the new SLT is the arrival of Michaela Kimber as Head of Customer Success.
Michaela brings extensive experience in building high-performing customer teams and delivering measurable value across the customer lifecycle, most recently as Global Head of Customer Success at SaaS business Coveo.
At Leadoo, she will lead the Customer Success function with a clear mandate: ensuring customers maximise the impact of the platform while strengthening long-term partnerships.

Her appointment reinforces Leadoo’s commitment to putting customers at the centre of its strategy, helping businesses not only convert more visitors, but continuously optimise website engagement and performance.
Starting her new position, Michaela said: “I’m very excited about joining the talented Leadoo team and meeting our customers. Over the past 14 years in Customer Success, I’ve been passionate about enabling customers to realise value through innovative technologies, and I am looking forward to do just that at Leadoo with the help of our amazing Customer team.”
Customer growth has always been core to Leadoo’s philosophy. The platform is built to help companies identify, engage, and convert website visitors through conversational experiences, analytics, and personalised journeys. It also comes with dedicated Conversion Experts as standard, to help customers achieve this.
In 2026, this focus will deepen further, with the SLT prioritising:
Alongside leadership changes, Leadoo is investing heavily in its AI Product Roadmap, a key pillar of its growth strategy.
Leadoo AI enhances conversational experiences with real-time intelligent conversations trained on customer content, enabling more relevant interactions and improved conversion outcomes.
Recent platform innovations – including AI Insights: Conversational Flow and AI-generated Bot Content – are designed to help customers build smarter conversational journeys faster. Therefore unlocking deeper insights and more personalised experiences at scale.
These capabilities reflect Leadoo’s broader vision: combining automation, data, and human expertise to create seamless customer experiences that drive measurable growth.
With a strengthened leadership team, a clear customer-first strategy, and a rapidly evolving AI product roadmap, Leadoo is well positioned for an exciting 2026 and beyond. The full Leadoo SLT now includes:
Phil Draper, CEO of SALESmanago said: “The formation of the new Leadoo SLT marks an important step in the company’s journey. With this team, we’re doubling down on innovation, customer success and helping businesses grow through better conversion”
“SALESmanago is proud to continue its commitment to Leadoo; and together with Thulium, driving better Customer Engagement across Europe.”

Krakow, Poland & Helsinki, Finland; November 26, 2024:

SALESmanago, the European SaaS powerhouse with over 2,000 customers, today announces the acquisition of the lead conversion platform Leadoo, with more than 1,000 customers. The deal will boost European eCommerce growth with a compelling, best-in-class Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) for mid-market brands.
The Leadoo SaaS platform specialises in identifying, activating and converting website visitors to become buyers, enhancing SALESmanago’s tailored and highly personalised CEP solution, which provides an average of 20x ROI and 30-day Time To Value.
By integrating Leadoo’s innovative conversion capabilities, SALESmanago – which powers 158+ billion customer transactions per month – offers an even more robust CEP starter kit and growth framework. The acquisition will bring together best-in-class engagement and retention tools, helping customer acquisition for thousands of eCommerce clients across Europe.

Brian Plackis-Cheng, CEO at SALESmanago, commented: “This strategic move consolidates Europe’s marketing automation sector with a formidable combination of Leadoo’s leading web conversion platform and SALESmanago’s Customer Engagement Platform. Ravi Sharma, Partner from Perwyn, added: “This investment underscores our confidence in the SALESmanago ambition to become Europe’s leading CEP and represents the first of other strategic alliances planned over the coming months.”
Leading eCommerce brands, including Victoria’s Secret, iSpot, Orbico, Horta, Komputronik and 4F, already benefit from SALESmanago’s ROI and Time to Value capabilities.

Wouldn’t it be nice if someone answered your frequently asked questions, booked meetings, accepted job applications, and told potential customers about the benefits of your product or service? And could do so using your tone and likeness?
Well, now that someone has been found…
Say hello to Leadoo’s Sales Assistant.

What is it? Well, it’s your very own virtual assistant that you can harness for the purposes you need. No more sending dozens of emails answering the same questions over and over, forgotten calendar appointments or missed calls. And the best bit? It’s totally free.
Let’s get right to the meat of it and delve into the uses, editing and implementation of Leadoo Sales Assistant!
With Leadoo Sales Assistant, you avoid unnecessary emailing back and forth when trying to find a convenient time. When the other party has a link to your LSA, they can book an appointment that suits them – and you – from there.
You can do it by integrating your calendar with your Leadoo Sales Assistant, which takes about a minute. This way, you no longer have to deal with dozens of emails to see if that 30-minute slot can be arranged there in two weeks. Easy peasy.
More efficient sales meetings, direct into your calendar. That’s why Sales Assistant is one of the many ways Sales leaders love Leadoo AI.
For many of us, the same sales questions often come up over and over. What kind of services do you offer; what does product or service x cost; how long does this take to implement – and so on.
If the answers to the questions are usually the same, you can send them to the Leadoo Sales Assistant to automate these responses and save you time. Less time spent answering the same questions, more time for really meaningful interaction!

Seeing as you’re completely free to decide the content of your own Sales Assistant, you can use it for just about anything!
We love seeing the creative ways people have used the tool so far, (so get in touch if you’ve got a particularly cool use case that you think would be worth sharing, we would love to hear all about it!).
Through the LSA, potential customers can ask for offers, for example, or learn more about your products or services. On the other hand, if recruitment is of particular interest for you, you can use Sales Assistant like a job application by asking the necessary questions to qualify and filter candidates, as well as providing information on the next steps of the recruitment process.
Similarly, a salesperson or Account Executive can utilise it to answer FAQs, book meetings automatically, and even direct you to other pages.

Leadoo Sales Assistant serves every person, from salespeople to real estate agents to recruiters, and beyond!
It can take a couple of months to onboard a human personal assistant, but you can have your Leadoo Sales Assistant set up and ready to roll in just a few minutes.
With templated conversation pathways to get you started, you can put these in place to get your LSA up and running straight away, and then tailor the conversation to your needs at a later date. You’ll also have access to the lead handling back-end of your bot, allowing you to manage leads and bookings with ease.
Personalisation is the key in creating a really effective Sales Assistant (and also any other bot solution). LSA allows you to fully personalise your bot with a profile picture, basic information about you, and a short blurb to invite your readers to interact. You can even link to your social media profiles, website and phone, to provide your visitors with the ability to contact you in the way that suits them.
Here’s a look at what adding basic information looks like.👇🏻

Then we move onto the greeting and introduction text – and this is your chance to shine. The greeting message displays in a large font, and it is usually the first thing that catches the eye, so make sure it’s a bit of you.
That first impression is important, because it sets the mood for the whole conversation. In the introductory text, you can tell them a little more about yourself, or encourage the visitor to start a conversation, making it easy for you to use a tone appropriate for your personal or business brand.
Next, let’s start thinking about content and the goal of each conversation. Do you want to build a sales pitch into the conversation, or just answer questions and offer a time to meet? Maybe you want to provide information or video content to allow your visitor to make a decision. All of these can be incredibly effective when starting to build a dialogue with your visitors.
You should also bear in mind that, depending again on the tone of voice and personal branding, that the dialogue within the conversation itself should be conversational. Nobody wants to read something that’s as dry as yesterday’s lunch, so make it interesting. If the answers are rambling and robotic, the potential customer may lose interest quickly and decide against booking a meeting or finding out more.
As mentioned, we have already created a few different dialogue templates that you can modify to suit your needs. Alternatively, if you’re feeling extra spicy, you can create a completely new dialogue specifically for your needs. The templates on offer are: the Full Sales Assistant with everything included, an FAQ bot that provides an excellent framework for answering questions, or a Booking bot that can allow visitors to automatically book meetings to your calendar when you have synchronised your calendar with the Sales Assistant.
Once you have selected the template you want, you can press the “Edit bot” or “Change bot colours” button. This will take you to the bot builder, where you can edit the conversation further. The video below gives a brief on how to use the bot builder:
Once you’re happy with the dialogue, the only thing left to do is modify the appearance. Nobody is expecting a Picasso masterpiece, but by tweaking the appearance you can give your Sales Assistant a little splash of personality!
And best of all, it’s super easy to do – just choose the wallpaper you want, edit the colour of the texts and the general colour scheme. How bold will you go?

Possibly the best thing is that this is all free of charge. So why not create your own Sales Assistant today – the first step is to create a user account here 👇

We’ve written a whole host of articles on what we at Leadoo Marketing Technologies do and how we can help you continuously improve your conversion rate. But what we’ve never really discussed with you is why Leadoo exists. The TL;DR answer is this: we add value to your solutions, invest in high quality technological advancements, and price our services fairly based on the value we provide.
It can sound a bit jargon-y when you explain it like that. But bear with us, there’s quite the story about why the company was founded and the reasons we’re needed by our current (and future!) clients.
Leadoo Marketing Technologies is first and foremost a conversion platform, and as the name implies, conversion platforms are platforms for collecting and analysing conversions. They are designed to make the job of salespeople and marketers easier through a range of automations, and to nurture and collect website conversions for salespeople to act upon. There are different conversion platforms out there, offering a variety of tools to help you improve your conversion rates.
There are three simple steps that every conversion platform should provide the ability for you to perform:
1. Activate the visitor
Understand the steps in a customer’s buyers’ journey and engage and activate them using the tools provided, such as an in-page, context specific bot.
2. Convert the visitor
Once the visitor is activated and engaged, you start to build a rapport with them. This means you can nurture them towards hard conversion, whilst hitting soft conversions (and collecting the relevant data) on the way.
3. Understand the visitor
Understand why a visitor became active and how you should take action to both activate and convert even more visitors in the future.
A good conversion platform will help you activate, convert, and understand your visitors. The conversion platform makes your life easier by automating your sales and marketing processes and providing a variety of tools to help you gather valuable data and get more in-depth information about your customers before and after the purchase process. It also tends to help if the platform provides this in a digestible and clear dashboard – like us at Leadoo. Hint hint.
Psst, use our calculator below to find out your conversion rate:
Some shocking statistics, coming up – but in true Leadoo style, we saw these as a challenge, not a problem. We’ll explain how below 👇
96% of visitors to your website are not ready to buy.
Shocking? Maybe not so. It does mean that a lot of the people who pass by your site aren’t at the hard conversion stage yet – and that’s okay. We want to help companies create interactive and engaging content for their website, to provide their customers with a personal approach and leverage the data we can provide to make it even easier to improve the customers’ experience. The better experience they have, and the closer you come to meeting their needs, the more likely they are to become the 4% who are ready to buy now.
76% of buyers end up buying a service or product from the first company they contact.
Not sure if this is laziness or we’ve all just got REALLY good at SEO. Either way, you want the first business they contact to be you, every single time. We, in turn, want to help you make it super easy for customers to get information, ask questions and leave their details for your sales team. We aim to get the customer through their buying path as efficiently as possible, and to be available at every stage of the journey to provide support and guidance to increase the chance of conversion.
91% of marketers say lead generation is their main goal.
We get it. The sales manager is breathing down your neck for ever-more leads. That’s why we at Leadoo are working alongside you to create meaningful, interesting, entertaining and educational elements for your website, all with the aim of increasing the number of quality, qualified leads you receive.
What about our other features then? Here are at least the 4 most important!
Did you know that only 2% of your website visitors convert? In other words, 98% don’t – and it’s up to you to figure out why not. Is your website easy to navigate? Are there enough conversion points and visitor-activating elements? Possibly not.
Perhaps even the most important role of the conversion platform is to activate passively roaming visitors: many companies are just actively seeking to collect leads – and don’t get me wrong, that’s not a bad thing. Generating leads is definitely a good goal, but the quality of the implementation mustn’t suffer, because then the customer experience is also going to be poor.
If the focus is only on driving a lot of traffic to the website or alternatively collecting piles of leads, the focus shifts to quantity rather than the quality of the leads coming through. And that’s a bad thing. The key is to create meaningful, engaging, entertaining, and educational experiences for your client — and use them to gather leads.
As the name implies, conversion tools are all the tools you need to improve your conversion rate so it’s better than ever before. In general, conversion tools refer to, for example, marketing automation tools, analytics tools, bot solutions, and business identification tools.
Conversion Kit 🛠
Our awesome conversion toolkit includes a variety of state of the art bot solutions that activate your web visitor and spark a conversation with them in just the right place, at the right time.
Try InpageBot for a seamless, bespoke and content-specific experience; ChatBot for classic support across the site; or VisualBot, for an excellent audio-visual experience – all allowing you to unleash your creativity and take advantage of a variety of fun ways to create quizzes, tests and conversations to activate your visitors. In addition, you can take advantage of CallbackCTA , which is a lightning-fast way to submit a contact request through your website.
A good service provider understands that a bot is a hard-working customer service representative on a website, and a high-quality, engaging bot naturally activates the web visitor. It also provides real added value to the visitor’s experience by providing answers to frequently asked questions or directing it in the right direction, for example.
Conversion Insights 📊
We don’t like guesswork. We base our insights on the latest data so that you can be proactive in your decision-making. Not only do we tell you who is visiting your page, but also what works on your page, what doesn’t, and what your web visitors are doing on your page.
All of this information can also be automatically exported to your CRM system, of course – we’re here to make your life easier.
Conversion Experts 🧑💻
We know that you are busy sales and marketing people, so you don’t have time to waste on running reports or spending hours creating bespoke bot solutions just for your business’ needs. That’s why at Leadoo Marketing Technologies, we offer, as part of our packages, the support of a professional team and high-quality , functional solutions: our committed, knowledgeable team of converting conversation experts are here to make your conversion dreams a reality. It’s really important to us that your results are consistent and ever-improving, so we make sure we build high-quality, engaging and converting solutions especially for you.
As we’ve already pointed out, only 2% of your website visitors convert. So it makes no sense to drive large amounts of traffic to a website if the visitors do nothing once they get there. That’s not to say it isn’t good to have some traffic – the sweet spot is about 1,000 visitors in B2B sales and 2,000 per month in B2C sales as a minimum – so that Leadoo’s solutions can produce the best possible results. But the real key to success is converting more of the visitors you already have, rather than pushing more and more traffic to the site at a pricey sum.
We believe in making the most of everything you get in terms of visitors, and that’s why we’ve invested in producing quality tools and hiring the most knowledgeable professionals to get you the best possible results. It’s not enough for us that the bots just ‘work’: we also want to know why they work and how we could go on to make them even better to get even better results. In combination with our analysis tools, we can ensure that you know exactly what your web visitors are doing on the page (so you can make smarter marketing decisions) and what kind of conversations your customers are typically having with bots, so you can focus your resources on ensuring their needs are met.
One of the areas that we feel add the most value is through our incredibly knowledgeable and professional team, who regularly review your goals and your results, and to find solutions to improve your outcomes even more. Our information is not based on guesswork – rather the knowledge and experience gained with working with over 900 clients in a huge range of industries.
Investing in an engaging customer journey is an essential part of activating your visitors. The buying path typically can be split into four basic pillars: awareness, interest, comparison, and decision.
We hope we were able to explain to you why Leadoo exists and why we’re needed. It’s a call we’re always ready to answer.
How does a conversion platform that’s literally the whole package (with all the extra goodies) sound? Our experts at Leadoo can certainly help you achieve your conversion goals, improve your website layout and better your customer’s experience. You can have all the results, without the hard work – our experts can do that bit for you. And, it’s all part of the package, with no hidden costs. Regular optimisation for all our paying clients, as standard. Our conversion platform is comprehensive, our tools are high quality and our experts are top experts – what more could you want?
“What sets Leadoo apart from other marketing technology companies and solutions?” This is a question that arises regularly in sales talk. It’s a fair question, definitely.
The short answer is people.
The longer answer dives more into our Customer Success processes and especially customer onboarding. The whole onboarding process has been created to be so efficiently streamlined, it usually requires just a few hours of our client’s time, and then the Leadoo solutions can already be live on your website, bringing in the results.
Our experts make sure that the time-to-value is as fast as it can be – and you don’t have to learn to be a bot-building pro overnight yourself.

I sat down with Helen McCabe Azoia, our Onboarding Manager in the UK and asked her to shine some light on our customer onboarding process.
“When you sign the contract, we will contact you to set up a kickoff meeting to get everything going forward. I’ll be accompanied by our sales person with whom you’ve signed the deal, so we can make sure together that all the necessary information is being transferred”, Helen explains.
When booking the kickoff meeting via email, Helen also sends over a link to a pre-meeting bot.
“The point of this bot is to get some key information from the customer already before the kickoff meeting. This ensures that we’ll also be focusing on the very key things”, Helen smiles.

Who should attend the meeting from the client’s side?
“We’ve noticed that it’s very useful that the person being most hands-on with the platform or the one who needs to understand the platform the most should definitely be there. Also it is beneficial to have the person who can say how the solutions should look and what tonality should be used – usually it is a marketing decision maker.”
Essentially, it boils down to the goals that our customer wants to achieve with Leadoo. Sometimes it might be beneficial to have a sales director to be in the meeting to explain how the sales process works or a customer service lead to explain their pain points .
“The meeting is all about our customer and their goals and needs. It’s our time together to assess their targets, what we’re measuring success against, how the company is organized internally, and so on. All of the things that can affect Leadoo’s solutions”, Helen adds.
In the kickoff meeting, Helen also agrees to the timeline for the onboarding process, usually between 2 and 4 weeks. They also put the next meeting into the calendar, where Helen and our customer review the solutions that have been built. If any integrations are needed, a separate meeting for this is also reserved right after the bots are built.
After this meeting it’s time to move on to the bot building.
Once the Leadoo solutions have been built, our customer gets notified.
“This happens of course before the set review meeting, so our customer has time to go through the solutions on their own. This is important, since sometimes it spurs some feedback and we’re able to do the needed changes already before the review meeting”, Helen opens up this phase.
The review meeting is 60-90 minutes long. In most cases it can be done in one hour, but sometimes the extra 30 minutes makes all the difference! In this meeting Helen and our customer go through the Leadoo solutions that have been built for them.
This meeting also plays an important role when it comes to platform training. Basic training is done during this meeting. “Even though the platform is easy to use, it’s more than important to provide our customers with training – especially in the early stages of the customer journey!”, Helen notes.
Because there are a lot of things that one can do with the Leadoo platform, the end goal of the first training is to fully understand the very basics: how to navigate the platform, how to edit bots, where to find analytics and how to read the insights.
The meeting includes also the next steps to happen; embedding bots to the website, integrations (if not done yet) and what to expect when moving on from the onboarding process.
We include bot embedding within our onboarding service, meaning we’ll make sure your Leadoo solutions are embedded and working correctly on your website.
“Sometimes customers work with a digital agency that does the embedding for them, or customers just want to do it themselves. In these cases we provide them with the bot scripts and detailed instructions where to place the bots and why”, explains Helen.
Does the help end here?
“No, of course not! Once the Leadoo solutions are live, we introduce the customer to our Customer Success Manager Abbie, who will take care of the client from that point on”, Helen laughs.
The onboarding process might end here, but our Leadoo MT professionals are there every step of the way, throughout the whole customer lifecycle.
“After the onboarding process ends and bots have been made live, our customer has the next meeting after a month. This meeting is with Abbie. She then sets up regular check-up meetings with the customer to ensure that all Leadoo solutions are performing at their best at all times”, Helen gives a short overview of the Customer Success process.
Even though we take pride taking care of everything for our customers, there’s no denying that customer also can impact their onboarding experience a lot.
Here are Helen’s three top tips, how you can ensure the best possible onboarding experience from your end!
Helen worked previously as a Marketing Manager in Hospitality. She found the role through a Facebook ad and as they say the rest is history! Helen joined the Leadoo MT team in May 2020.
“I often say this is the role I never knew I needed – it’s a perfect fit for my techy skills and marketing background whilst having the chance to delight customers daily. I love it and I’m here to stay!” Helen summarizes – and rushes off to another customer task.
