As we continue to expand our Swedish operations, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to join our team. If you thrive on helping customers succeed, enjoy managing projects, and love working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this is your chance to make a real impact!

About the Role

As a Junior Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of our platform. You will be responsible for creating conversion tools with interactive content, setting up the Leadoo platform, and training end users on how to best leverage it.

Your mission will be to guide customers through a smooth onboarding process—from setting up conversion tools (such as chatbots and interactive elements) to helping them achieve their conversion goals. You’ll work closely with customers, leading meetings, managing onboarding projects, and tailoring interactive content to suit their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Lead new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to using the platform.
• Interactive Content Creation: Design and build high-converting interactive content (e.g., chatbots, conversion tools) to help customers achieve their goals.
• Training & Support: Educate and empower end users to fully utilize the platform through hands-on training and support.
• Project Management: Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to enhance onboarding strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas to optimize the onboarding process and enhance customer experience.

Who You Are 💙

• Fluency in Swedish and English. Any other additional languages such as Finnish, Polish or Dutch is an advantage. 
• 1-2 years in a client-facing role such as Sales or Customer Success. 
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines effectively
• conversion solutions.
• You communicate confidently and professionally in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal skills
• You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• You are excited to learn about new industries and passionate about creating innovative 
• Educational background in Marketing is an advantage. 
• Experience working in SaaS or digital product environments (preferred but not required)
