About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing strong, strategic relationships with our existing customers. Your mission is to help them succeed with Leadoo’s platform by understanding their goals and working collaboratively to drive real business results. You’ll be their trusted advisor—proactively identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and continuously helping them get more value from our solutions.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying upsell opportunities, managing renewals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their goals, challenges, and industry context.
- Strategic Guidance: Help customers plan and execute conversion strategies using Leadoo’s platform.
- Upsell & Retention: Identify upsell opportunities, manage renewals, and support customers through the lifecycle to ensure long-term value.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless service and product experiences. - Performance Insights: Analyze customer data and performance metrics to spot opportunities for improvement and share actionable recommendations.
Who You Are 💙
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales or customer success —ideally in SaaS, MarTech, in-house marketing, or a digital/marketing agency.
- Fluency in Finnish and English. Any other additional languages such as Swedish, Polish or Dutch is an advantage.
- You understand marketing principles and feel confident advising even senior stakeholders.
- You’re naturally curious and customer-obsessed—you love understanding client goals and helping them succeed.
- You’re analytical and comfortable using data to identify patterns, trends, and solutions.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- You’re excited by the opportunity to own your portfolio and grow with it.
