As we continue to expand our Finnish operations, we’re looking for a results-driven and customer-centric Technical Account Manager to join our team. About the Role
As a Junior Technical Account Manager, you’ll support our customers in utilizing Leadoo’s platform to its full potential by combining technical expertise with excellent customer service. You’ll assist with creating content, optimizing platform usage, troubleshooting issues, and supporting technical projects. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in project management, customer engagement, and technical consultation in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Tech and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of Leadoo’s features, functionalities, and technical setup to support customer goals.
- Project Support: Assist in the management of technical initiatives and customer projects, ensuring successful delivery and clear communication.
- Optimizations & Setup: Help set up and configure platform features to meet customer needs, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Technical Guidance: Provide customers with advice on how to optimize and better utilize the platform for their business goals.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address basic platform issues, offering initial solutions or workarounds.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, actively engaging with them to understand and address their technical challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—particularly Tech, Product, and Sales—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Who You Are 💙
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales or customer success —ideally in SaaS, MarTech, in-house marketing, or a digital/marketing agency.
- Fluency in Finnish and English. Any other additional languages such as Swedish, Polish or Dutch is an advantage.
- You have previous experience on content creation
- You understand marketing principles and feel confident advising even senior stakeholders.
- You’re naturally curious and customer-obsessed—you love understanding client goals and helping them succeed.
- You’re analytical and comfortable using data to identify patterns, trends, and solutions.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
