About the Role

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across the Benelux region.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to assist in Leadoo’s overall business growth in the Benelux region. You will play a critical role in the sales cycle and will help key stakeholders recognize Leadoo’s impact in their business. Whether interacting on the phone, through email, or other outreach tools, you will be the first point of contact for many prospects, connecting them with Leadoo’s products and services, and setting the stage for their success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Cold outreach into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicating Leadoo’s value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit.
  •  Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle. 

Who You Are 

We’re excited to meet you if you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a similar field of work
  • Native level of Dutch + fluency in English
  • Experience/Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and remote team environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients
  • You have a great attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborate with a growing team
  • You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
  • You are a results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fueling the continued growth and success of Leadoo by growing our sales pipeline.
  • You have a “can do” attitude and are relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems.

Our Interview Process

We value your time and aim to keep the process transparent and efficient. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Application Review – We carefully review all applications. If there’s a potential match, you’ll hear from us.

  2. Introductory Call – A 20–30 minute call with our Head of People to get to know you and discuss the role.

  3. First Interview – A 30-45 minute conversation with your potential manager. We’ll dive deeper into your experience and motivations.

  4. Role play/ Meet the team – A short, role-relevant roleplay to help us understand your skills in action and an opportunity to meet the team.

  5. Final Interview – Meet our Head of Sales for a more holistic conversation and mutual fit check.

  6. Offer – If it’s a match on both sides, we’ll make you an offer and celebrate the start of something great!
