Information on jurisdiction
In accordance with Article 28(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2023 on harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 (Data Act), the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is subject to the jurisdiction of Helsinki District Court in Helsinki, Finland.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Zapier, Inc., it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Microsoft Corporation and its Affiliates, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the American Arbitration Association.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Scaleway SAS, it is subject to the jurisdiction of Paris Commercial Court.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Benhauer sp. z o.o. (dba SALESmanago), it is subject to the jurisdiction of the common courts of the Republic of Poland.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by APIHub, Inc. dba Clearbit, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the common courts of Delaware, USA.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Cyclr Systems Limited, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the common courts of England and Wales.
To the extent that the ICT infrastructure used for data processing within individual Leadoo services is operated by Cronofy Limited, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the common courts of England and Wales.
