Today we had a chat with Anna Davies, director of Therapists For You Ltd
Therapist For You Ltd is a 3 year old start-up company in the Private Health sector. They are offering sports therapy, osteopathy, yoga, sports massage, and injury assessment.
When they started in 2017, there was only 8 employees. Now they’ve grown a bit and boast a team of about 15 people, including the receptionists and the actual practitioners.
Being a new start-up company three years ago they were very limited with their marketing funds. They didn’t have a big budget to put towards marketing so they initially used a lot of “word of mouth” and internal referrals with the clients and incentives that way.

At the same time they used the platform “Groupon” which is a discounted voucher site. They offered their service at a discounted rate and then Groupon took a cut of that. It worked really well with brand awareness, but it didn’t attract the right clients.
“We don’t use Groupon anymore – we got rid of it last year – 2 months after we started using Leadoo.”

“We used two types of bots on their website: a ChatBot and then several InpageBots. They help visitors identify what treatment they might need, provide them with FAQ and help make a booking.”
“Throughout covid we were able to update the messaging so the clients were always aware of the rules as the laws changed and communicated this to customers really quickly. We added FAQs, added offers when they were able to reopen, booked people in directly through bots, all to make the customer journey more efficient and personable to each visitor,” Abbie explains, “We were also able to react quickly to the flurry of legal changes, even when we were only given 2 weeks notice by the government. By the time the law changed, it was completely updated on the website so the website was always accurate as to what customers must bring, the rules they must follow and the processes in place in the shop to keep everyone safe. This lead to a much better experience for customers in store when visiting when they know, ahead of time, what to expect on their visit.”

Where they used to get 100 leads from a set amount of traffic, now they’re getting 150 from less traffic than before – 50% more leads to be exact.
