This time we had a chat with Nico Härkönen, CEO, Founder and Partner of Sininen Härkä.
Sininen Härkä specialises in custom WordPress websites, WooCommerce, online stores and digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, analytics, social media and marketing automation).

The most important channel in getting new customers for Sininen Härkä is their website. Once they started using Leadoo, it became way easier for the customers to get in touch.
Before prospects had to reach them by email, phone or contact forms. Now Leadoo bots allow customers to choose the right service based on their needs through smooth chatbot dialogues.

Once the company receives a lead, they call the customer and discuss the details based on the information received from the chatbot conversation.
Nico says that the setup of the bots was very easy and fast. First they made a decision what type of bots will work best on their website and where they should be placed. They are using the traditional Chatbot and InpageBots.
