February 18th, 2026 – Helsinki

Leadoo has entered 2026 with renewed momentum, announcing a new Senior Leadership Team (SLT) designed to accelerate customer growth, deepen engagement, and drive innovation across its AI-powered conversion platform.
With new leadership now in place, the business is doubling down on its mission to help organisations turn passive website visitors into active leads and customers through personalised, data-driven experiences.
Brett James appointed General Manager
Brett James steps into the role of Leadoo General Manager at a pivotal time for the business.
Following Leadoo’s acquisition by SALESmanago, and Phil Draper’s appointment as CEO of SALESmanago, Leadoo enters 2026 with a new growth plan as an individual business unit within the SALESmanago group.

Brett will lead overall strategy and operations, with a strong focus on aligning teams around customer outcomes and sustainable growth. His leadership will be instrumental as Leadoo continues to expand its platform capabilities and global footprint, having previously served as VP of Global Sales.
Of his new role and leadership team, Brett said: “As I approach four years at Leadoo, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and even more excited about what’s ahead. Our customers have always been at the centre of our decisions, and that won’t change.”
“With new AI-driven capabilities and continued investment in our platform, we’re focused on helping our customers achieve even greater results. I want to personally thank every customer – those who have been with us for years and those just getting started, for the trust they place in us.”
Welcoming Michaela Kimber as Head of Customer Success
A key highlight of the new SLT is the arrival of Michaela Kimber as Head of Customer Success.
Michaela brings extensive experience in building high-performing customer teams and delivering measurable value across the customer lifecycle, most recently as Global Head of Customer Success at SaaS business Coveo.
At Leadoo, she will lead the Customer Success function with a clear mandate: ensuring customers maximise the impact of the platform while strengthening long-term partnerships.

Her appointment reinforces Leadoo’s commitment to putting customers at the centre of its strategy, helping businesses not only convert more visitors, but continuously optimise website engagement and performance.
Starting her new position, Michaela said: “I’m very excited about joining the talented Leadoo team and meeting our customers. Over the past 14 years in Customer Success, I’ve been passionate about enabling customers to realise value through innovative technologies, and I am looking forward to do just that at Leadoo with the help of our amazing Customer team.”
Renewed Focus on Customer Growth and Engagement
Customer growth has always been core to Leadoo’s philosophy. The platform is built to help companies identify, engage, and convert website visitors through conversational experiences, analytics, and personalised journeys. It also comes with dedicated Conversion Experts as standard, to help customers achieve this.
In 2026, this focus will deepen further, with the SLT prioritising:
- Expanding measurable customer growth and ROI
- Driving adoption of Leadoo’s advanced capabilities – especially Leadoo AI
- Strengthening collaboration between Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer teams
AI Product Roadmap Driving Innovation
Alongside leadership changes, Leadoo is investing heavily in its AI Product Roadmap, a key pillar of its growth strategy.
Leadoo AI enhances conversational experiences with real-time intelligent conversations trained on customer content, enabling more relevant interactions and improved conversion outcomes.
Recent platform innovations – including AI Insights: Conversational Flow and AI-generated Bot Content – are designed to help customers build smarter conversational journeys faster. Therefore unlocking deeper insights and more personalised experiences at scale.
These capabilities reflect Leadoo’s broader vision: combining automation, data, and human expertise to create seamless customer experiences that drive measurable growth.
Looking Ahead
With a strengthened leadership team, a clear customer-first strategy, and a rapidly evolving AI product roadmap, Leadoo is well positioned for an exciting 2026 and beyond. The full Leadoo SLT now includes:
